Is possible load saves in PS5PS4 version to have it upload to cloud. Then just open the PS5 version and it will be there.

I haven't tested them all yet, but the ones I have tested work. Leave your reports to help others.
For instructions, follow Wosley's post (and thanks for him).

If someone resigns saves, pass me on to make it a MULTI-REGION.
