I’ve surmised both files sce and the other bin file but nothing shoes it actually restart my progress I have backup but still what’s the orbital?

Hello, when I download it, the folder with the CUSA file doesn't download, nor anything else, only the SCE file, but that's useless to me. Do you know why?
