I haven't seen many Jedi Academy savesets, so here you go

Refer to the list below, in order to unlock the trophies chronologically. Each description has the map-name and date of save. (in game you will see it this way)
They Never Prepared for This
Jump on a stormtrooper in front of you and jump on his head 3 times (without touching the ground)

There are some containters in front of you. Go there and the secret area should be near the left wall.

Destroy C3PO (golden droid) in front of you.

Kill the last guy in front of you. The screen should go black and the trophy pop afterwards.

You're On the Planet that it's Farthest From
Jump into the hole in front of you, and then kill all Tusken Raiders (I recommend using Speed force with L1). Go back to the droid, the trophy should pop after the cutscene.

Stand on sand for a while, the sandworm should get you in a matter of seconds.
