Here is my save for the Evil Within at the very last checkpoint on Survival difficulty. Load the autosave and you'll just have to shoot the guy in the head when he slow-mo's across your screen. Not very difficult.
I've added this because you have to complete the game on Survival (or Nightmare) to unlock Akumu mode. I've not seen a save posted that lets you get this difficulty separately, and thus legit looking (unless I've missed it).
You'll of course want to play the game thru and get all story trophies before using this. I've also unlocked all lockers already (sorry) and killed 200+ enemies. One collectable is left and you have to start a NG+ on chapter 2 and you can find the last poster in the lobby.
I can't test on dummy account so if anyone uses this and it works, let me know.
