If you mean the trophy "Done It All" for achieving 100%, then yes, he just wrote that

Nice, on french it's not the same name so i don't see it ^^, i can finish with this because a got a glitch on my save with the hidden package and i can get 100%.

Can I get the running rampant trophy on ps4 with this save even though it’s 95% done? I did brown thunder and I got to level 15 in one sitting and I didn’t get the trophy. How do I get running rampant trophy with this save?

in case anyone wonder about the last package where about. it's package number 81 in the picture. it's across the big ship near the dock.

I would like to provide some advice for these saves, as well as further trophies you can unlock:

Bull in a china shop
⁃ do a bit more property damage and trophy will pop, i got this in a tank whilst going for “im famous”

i’m famous
⁃ get in the tank at fort baxter and blow stuff up for until you have around 1800 media attention, must be done in one life. Only takes around 5-10 minutes of blowing everything up

don’t need roads
⁃ immediately after loading into the save, there is a deluxo right in front of you. Take it to the airport and drive from one side of the runway to the other, and the trophy will pop once you've reached max speed

daredevil
⁃ This wasn't specified by the OP, but the stunt jump needed for the trophy is unique stunt jump 19

And just an FYI, that you cannot unlock the "running rampant" trophy or the "did somebody call the wambulance" as they have already been previously unlocked on the save and even repeating it doesn't unlock the trophy, trust me, I tried. For these trophies I recommend using save wizard's cheats and enabling things such as max player health and max vehicle health etc. This will help a lot and make both of the trophies a breeze.
