Hello all. I've managed to complete and platinum Far Cry 6 on PS5. I uploaded the save to the cloud connect feature on Ubisoft and got it to work on the PS4. I tested this save already and got a good amount of trophies done. I'll periodically update this thread if I can find ways to unlock certain trophies that can save time in getting a platinum

Trophies
It's Raining Treasure! - Intercept 10 Military Supply Drops
On the map, you should be able to find a military target on the map. All you have to do is start one up and get to the supply drop before the time ends (I prefer to use a helicopter). You only need to finish one and the trophy will pop.
Hidden In Plain Sight - Find your way to Miami
Go to any camp that has a helipad on the map and travel outside the map (doesn't matter which direction).
Co-Dependent - Capture an FND base with a Co-op partner
This will require another friend. Invite a friend and find a FND base on the map. (if there is no base, you'll need to wait for the weekly insurgent leader for the map to update)
Finders Keepers! - Return 3 FND Resource vehicles in mint condition.
Find a Military Convoy on the map and return it to a camp (vehicle pickup point). Before you actually drive into the spot at the camp, get out and use the repair tool to fix it.
Beginner's Luck - Win a Dominoes Game
Go to the Patriotas Peak guerrilla camp in Sierra Perdida and win a dominoes game.
Hit 'n Run - Run over 10 soldiers in a vehicle
Use any vehicle to run over any soldiers on ground and the trophy will pop.
Not So Tough - Disable and hijack a tank using an EMP device
Use the Zeusito resolver weapon and find a tank and shoot the tank with the resolver. Once disabled, get in the tank. If the Zeusito isn't equipped, go to the arsenal menu for it.
Oh No You Don't! - Take out 3 Insurgent Leaders
Go to the insurgency menu and complete the objectives. Defeat the insurgency leader and the trophy will pop.
Sophisticated - Catch 10 fish
Go to a fishing spot and catch one fish and the trophy will pop.
Slip Sliding Away - Slide 200m at once

Termination Phase - Free 30 hostages during a Lola's Informants challenge in any Special Operation

Fry Cry - Purchase 15 meals
Travel to the Montero Farm guerrilla camp in Costa Del Mar and buy one meal from the Cantina and the trophy will pop.
Alpha Guerrilla - Successfully complete 5 Bandido Operations
Travel to the Montero Farm guerrilla camp in Costa Del Mar and use the blue board next to Lola and complete any operation and the trophy will pop.
Top of the Pecking Order - Win a Cockfighting match
Travel to the Montero Farm guerrilla camp in Costa Del Mar and win a Cockfighting match.
Check It Out - Capture 10 checkpoints
On the map, find a checkpoint and simply defeat all the enemies and destroy the billboard and the trophy is yours
Heated Conflict & Not So Special - Take out 10 soldiers/Special Forces soldiers
You can easily get these trophies done by capturing checkpoints/bases.
Liberty - Capture all FND Bases
On the map, find an FND base and defeat all enemies and you will get the trophy.
(note: if there is no FND base available at the time, you'll have to wait for the weekly insurgency to reset)
Armed to the Teeth - Collect 49 Unique Weapons
In your arsenal, hover over all of the unique weapons and the trophy will pop eventually. (this might/might not work).
Secret Weapon - Distract 10 soldiers with Chorizo
Go to your Amigos menu and summon Chorizo. Once he is summoned, find enemies at either checkpoints or bases and without being seen, point towards that enemy so Chorizo will approach the enemy and distract them.
Friendly Skies - Blow up 16 Anti-Aircraft Cannons
Find an anti-aircraft cannon on the map and blow it up and the trophy is yours.
(note: if there is no anti-aircraft cannon, you'll have to wait for the weekly insurgency to reset).
@CanYouPetTheCroc & Strutting His Stuff
Go to the amigos menu and summon Guapo to pet him when approaching him, and for the Strutting His Stuff trophy, summon ChiCharron with the Motherclucker outfit and these easy trophies are yours.
Fashionista - Equip a full matching Gear Set
Go to your arsenal and go to the gear and equip a set.
Speed Racer - Complete 3 Gran Premios
Go on the map and complete any Gran Premio and the trophy is yours.
Do It Yourself - Install every Mod on a single Resolver Weapon
Go to any workbench and install each mod on a resolver weapon.
(note: if you are missing materials such as gun powder, you can find it in FND caches).
