Here is my final save. I just got the platinum trophy and thought I will share. Hopefully this will instant plat trophy on PS5.

I'm now preparing for Elden Ring from the makers of Dark Souls coming out this week. :catjam:

Can confirm it popps all trophies including platinum. I resigned the save for a friend and did it for him. Thanks for your contribution.

I have the digital version for US and this worked - all trophies popped on PS5 version.
PS4 trophies did not pop

You have the USA version? how did you used the EU version??

the US Version at least for Digital which I can confirm has the same code CUSA24705 so it can be used as a Multi region save
