Thanks man!!! I can confirm it works like a charm for PS5 version. You don't even have to own the game on PS4. Just resign to your profile and upload the save on PS+ cloud and start game on PS5.

thank you very much i hate the last boss fight even on new game + thanks a million times
forgot to say If you start a new game + from this save it will also do a new autosave. you can take each one. it will have the 999.999.9++ callisto credits.
