For anyone confused like i was.

Load up Metal gear Solid regular version (NOT INTERGRAL)
Change language to Japanese or Japolis (its all in french)
Then on save file 1 it will show the saves :pepehappy:

Elite Codename did pop. But not the camo one. But I think it isn't a problem with the save. Because after the save I did it the legit way and it didn't pop either. Same Problem with the Ghost and the photo exorcism, it did not pop. For this trophy to pop I just played an other language. Strange system.
