According the save I made for this series, I assume you can pop the all the trophies by triggering them once again for PS4 version.
I saved right before the last two most farming trophies [Supreme Domain] (10 30lv character) and [Multi-Title Holder] so you may use my save to pop these two trophies in legal way.
