It takes like 3hrs non-stop. It has checkpoints in case you die or fail a minigame but you cannot close the game. If you need to rest, put the PS in rest mode.

A zombie from Stage 2, a cheerleader
2 zombies that spawn together at the arcade in Stage 4
Jack that spawns close to a shop in Stage 6 (he's guaranteed to spawn in Time Attack)
