WARNING: I'm gonna be blunt, if you're not good at KoF games, DO NOT attempt to plat this game because of 2 trophies (Reach Rank 16 and Advance a Rank). Every other trophy is okay to get or works with the save set and editing files, but these 2 don't. You'll have to win either 4 times in a row or try to win 1 time per day (You have daily boosts, you can lose 1 time without losing a rank star and if you win you get 2 stars, this is only once per day. You need 5 stars) So if you lose in one day, only try ranked the next day.

WARNING 2: If you're willing to get the plat either way, remember to skip the Ranked Match tutorial because it will give you Rank 15 instantly, and you'll need to just Rank up once. I tried editing the file trying to get these 2 trophies to pop but no luck.

It will. If you did not pay for Save Wizard, you can use a bot in a discord server. The most well known discord servers are protobuffers and HTOS. Look them up on Google and follow their instructions

Just wanted to follow-up after using this save set. This is another great save set. Don't sweat using it to trivialize those title trophies. I will second the multiplayer concern, though. If you don't have a dedicated boosting partner or second console, it is a huge pain (assuming you're not a KoF master). It will take a couple of hours to match online, and you can generally tell if you two are matched if the ping is the same number. It's not guaranteed, but it got me the platinum. Good luck. The trials are easier than organically going head-to-head against those online folks.

I already earned the platinum trophy for this game a long time ago, and I agree with this opinion. Even if you own multiple PlayStation consoles, the game developers have completely blocked the ability to boost by inviting friends for matches. Additionally, even if you match the region and ping settings in ranked matches, the game still won’t pair you intentionally—it’s entirely random. This means that unless you actively improve your skills, earning the platinum trophy becomes extremely difficult.

Since fighting games require a good sense of mechanics and matchup knowledge, I wouldn’t recommend going for the platinum unless you’re prepared to put in serious effort. I own four PlayStation consoles and tried multiple ranked matches (with accounts of the same rank), but even when I occasionally matched randomly, the game would forcibly end after two consecutive wins. This means you either need an absurd amount of time (and luck with random matchmaking) or have to maintain multiple dummy accounts at a similar rank—which is a hassle.

So, I strongly advise thinking carefully before attempting this platinum. Only go for it if you’re truly committed to improving your skills in the game.
