So I finally got the trophy related to the system capture.
You just have to liberate Vassek, and I strongly recommend using basic speeder and every red brick cheat.
It is also possible to get "The dark side I sense in you" - if you finished the last republic battle you should swap your character to TX-20 and any dark side user. Then go to the basement by elevator and then through the doors in south-east corner. Most cells should be unlocked by now, you just have to unlock the last two to the right.
