you can travel to Versailles

here you can see one last chest, cockade and a viewpoint on the map.

go get all three and you receive

Panoramic View
Synchronize all Viewpoints in Paris.

Tricolore
Collect all Cockades

Curiosity
Open every chest in Paris.

Ransacking Versailles
Earn 100% completion of Versailles.

here you can get some co-op trophys. you can select the co-op missions by
press the options button -> "progress tracker" -> co-op mission tab

first complete the "Heads Will Roll" co-op mission and you'll get

Share the Wealth
Get all the rewards in a Co-op mission in Paris.

now complete the heist mission "Tithing Templars" to get

Visited Once
Complete all Co-op and Heist missions at least once.

now we come to the rift missions. you can select the rift missions by
press the options button -> "progress tracker" -> rift missions tab

complete the Rift Mission "Medieval - Quarry", during this mission free the assasin to get

Thawed
Free a total of 10 trapped Assassins.

then go for the Data Bonuses ( To earn a data bonus, you must get the second score requirement
after you complete the first one.) and you'll get

Needs More Data
Earn Data Bonuses in 3 different Helix Rifts.

after you finished the mission you'll get

No Man's Land
Complete all Rift missions.

play the last social club mission. to see the mission you can select the last Social Club mission
"Bridge Brigands" by pressing the options button -> "progress tracker" -> Social Club mission

complete the last Social Club mission to receive

"First of all, i want to thank Lucas for his post. Second, I want to add a few saves to this, so please see my save descriptions below.

Before talking about my saves, you may get an error when trying to use Lucas' saves. If you go to unpackage the RAR file, you may get an archive error. For some reason this file can only be unpacked with WINRAR. It is free to download and use, so just download WINRAR and unpack it. Now on to my saves I am adding.

With Lucas' saves, you can get all of the story related trophies except for Memories 7, 10, and 11. To get the trophies, go to Progress Tracker and replay the last mission of each memory (except 7,10, and 11). This will pop the trophy each time.

Unfortunately it will not work for 7,10, ,and 11 because there is a unplayable extra mission part to all 3 of these memories. So I made saves for all 3.

For Memory 7, load the file named Memory 7 and finish the mission. Once it is finished you will need to jump into a portal. The trophy will not pop until after you jump into the portal, it does not pop at the end of the memory.

For Memory 10, you will load right above the Mission start exclamation point. Go to the exclamation point (in the assassins Den), watch or skip the cutscene, and the trophy will pop.

For Memory 11, either continue on to Memory 11, or load my save. Run to the portal for the trophy to pop.

Now run to a locked chest and open it for the 20 chests trophy.

Now run to the social club I didn't renovate (red building on your map) and renovate it for the first social club trophy)

Next go to an enigma. Pick any, just do it by googling the answer.

Save doesn't work to earn 99% of trophies. Most tasks and collectibles are already completed and are impossible to obtain again.

"Innanzitutto, vorrei ringraziare Lucas per il suo post. In secondo luogo, vorrei aggiungere qualche salvataggio, quindi vi prego di leggere le descrizioni dei miei salvataggi qui sotto.

Prima di parlare dei miei salvataggi, potresti ricevere un errore quando provi a usare i salvataggi di Lucas. Se vai a decomprimere il file RAR, potresti ricevere un errore di archivio. Per qualche motivo questo file può essere decompresso solo con WINRAR. È gratuito da scaricare e usare, quindi scarica WINRAR e decomprimilo. Ora passiamo ai miei salvataggi che sto aggiungendo.

Con i salvataggi di Lucas, puoi ottenere tutti i trofei relativi alla storia, eccetto i Ricordi 7, 10 e 11. Per ottenere i trofei, vai su Progress Tracker e rigioca l'ultima missione di ogni ricordo (eccetto 7, 10 e 11). Questo farà apparire il trofeo ogni volta.

Sfortunatamente non funzionerà per 7, 10, e 11 perché c'è una parte di missione extra non giocabile per tutti e 3 questi ricordi. Quindi ho fatto dei salvataggi per tutti e 3.

Per Memory 7, carica il file denominato Memory 7 e completa la missione. Una volta terminata, dovrai saltare in un portale. Il trofeo non apparirà finché non sarai saltato nel portale, non apparirà alla fine del ricordo.

Per Memory 10, caricherai subito sopra il punto esclamativo di inizio missione. Vai al punto esclamativo (nella tana degli assassini), guarda o salta il filmato e il trofeo apparirà.

Per il Ricordo 11, continua con il Ricordo 11 o carica il mio salvataggio. Corri al portale per far apparire il trofeo.

Ora corri verso uno scrigno chiuso e aprilo per ottenere il trofeo dei 20 scrigni.

Ora corri al social club che non ho ristrutturato (edificio rosso sulla mappa) e ristrutturalo per ottenere il primo trofeo del social club)

Poi vai a un enigma. Scegline uno qualsiasi, fallo semplicemente cercando la risposta su Google.
