I’ve been working with the save files for Tetris Effect on PS4 and have made some progress in editing scores, specifically for Marathon Endless mode and Ultra mode. I have successfully modified the high scores by adjusting certain hex values in the save files. I’m looking to further explore quick codes and would appreciate some assistance in refining this process.
So far, I’ve found that the save file contains data I can edit directly to change the score, with keywords like "Score," "Ranking," or "PlayCount" appearing near the values that correspond to the in-game scores. My goal is to gain a deeper understanding of how to generate consistent quick codes and work with them for other game modes and possibly unlockables.
I’d also like to mention that I’ve seen similarities between this process and some of the mods we've seen for Tetris Effect on Switch, which might provide useful parallels in creating codes for the PS4 version.
Any tips or guidance on identifying other key values for quick codes would be really appreciated. I’m especially interested in knowing more about:
