I was looking for one earlier and since I didn't find it here is something I did while finishing up the game. Hopes it helps someone out there. All DLC required for these.

Okay so each save will give you the following trophy after a little more effort.

GameData00 - 'Ruler of the Dream' Go to Nightmare Muster - (Evil Dream:East) make sure difficulty is set to Very Hard and beat Elvira

GameData01 - 'Font of Inspiration' Go to get Chest in Survas’Heart — Inferno’s Pulse

GameData02 - 'Ultimate Maximum Absolute Final Strike!' - Go fight strong enemy and use Item 'Bomb' on each character to quickly break Aura. You just have to do it no more than 5 times I think.

GameData03 - 'Two Green Thumbs' Plant Seeds in Thunderstorm Greenhouse I can't remember which seeds are missing but you can do them all it shouldn't take more than 5 minutes.

GameData04 - 'Fearless Challenger' Beat Tital Bunny — Dusk Forest — Verdigris Paradise (Verdigris Paradise)

Let me know if any other trophy's pop. You can also try using any dual trigger to see if the trophy for that pops.
