Best way to sell a fortnite account with or without a trusted 3rd party

So im new to selling any gaming account. It seems so scammy especially with fortnite. People always want to log in first etc etc with 0 down-payment. So in your knowledge if you let someone log in can they just remove your email AND 2FA . What's a good way to go about this?
