youd lose the binds going into multiplayer/get off the game so youd have to copy the save back to your ps5

Yeah saves work fine using this method to get around the corruption issue.

No one mentioned this, but after launching the game and completing a level, a trophy for completing the game on any difficulty level appears.
Stand Down - Complete the campaign on any difficulty.

Besides that, you've already unlocked all the missions.

Can i use the save for the ps5 version?? When i transfer the safe to my ps and start the ps5 Version, the save is not working / ps5 is not detecting the safe.

Got it to work on ps4 but had to use the US save even though my game is EU but tried the ps5 one a few times but score keeps white and doesnt get black (five and dead ops arcade are locked as well on ps5)

Save only works on PS4 solo now, they patched the PS5 synchronisation on update 1.05
