All Saves need to be loaded in Normal Mode not True Vault Hunter Mode.




[X Marks The Spot] Run to the Town and turn in the last main mission [Treasure Hunter]




[Freedom of Speech] Fast Travel to Turn in the last side mission [Completionist]


Gadabout Go to the last Undiscovered Location and the trophy will pop




The Gab between both trophies in Save 2 dont matter how long they are if you keep 5mins between them that will be good enough.[/HIDETHANKS]​

you can try to re-region it but this game specifically is a little tricky...
I do have my own 100% save too but am not sure if something would pop
