I noticed only one trophy save for Cities: Skylines posted on NGU for US version but lots for the EU version. Going to start with this and maybe add more.
Note: I recommend starting your own city and getting it to at least 2600 people which will give you the trophies Pioneer and Power at Your Fingertips.
Trophies: Tough City, City Planner, Lawmaker, Distroy, SIMulated Town, Unpopular Mayor
Load city "tough". It should be on about Dec 31 or Jan 1. Let it run till the 15th or 16th of Jan and the trophy will pop. You don't need to do anything but let the time pass.
Now you can also use this save to get City Planner, Lawmaker, and Distroy.

You have enough money to buy an adjacent tile, which gives you SIMulated Town trophy.
Finally you can turn off the remaining services (power plant, fire house, dump, clinic, cemetary) and destroy the water line connection, then wait for happiness to drop. It won't take too long for Unpopular Mayor to pop.
