This save for Frequent Flyer trophy. You can get this trophy for PS4 version 1.61 and PS5 version 2.3 (December 2025). Whether this will be the case in the future - is anyone's guess 🤷‍♂️
At any moment, the video game's support team could release patch, that will introduce yet another drastic change 🥹
Personally, I didn't have any trouble getting the trophy for PS4 version 1.61. The main problem is transferring the save to the PS5 version to play the DLC... Now you can use this save to avoid another pain in ass 😎

so i tested the save and when i tried to load the save thats supposed to pop the trophy on ps5 for cloud saving i got a "this save was made on a newer version so cant load " error . How exactly do u use the 2.3 save on the ps5 version the game if i cant upload it to cloud from the ps4 version

sorry for the stupid question since i am new to save resigning in general . I was just wondering since you mentioned it works for the ps5 version i wanted to ask how the trophy pops on the ps5 version . The txt file mentioned just run the game and nothing so that had me confused .

Worked perfectly well for me on PS5 on US. Here were my exact steps and observations (I skipped some PS4 steps because I already had the PS4 plat):
1) Resign BOTH manualsave0 and manualsave1 from file link.
2) Reregion both to manualsave0 and manualsave1 on local save data.
2.1) select EU saves -> advanced mode -> export, then select US saves -> advanced mode -> import save.dat files
3) Copy new reregioned files to ps4 (NOTE: the save names and timestamps will be unchanged but the save is actually different if you load it)
4) On PS4: Load up save1, pause and go to Save Game Menu, select save0 -> Export Save
5) On PS5: Select Import Save and load up save0
6) Should spawn in the middle of stairs, then walk up the stairs and get the trophy!

Final note: if at any point SaveWizard errors out just restart application
