I have uploaded my New Game+ save file here.
With this save file, the level 30 trophy is achievable right from the start; simply kill the boss.
Then the trial by fire is unlocked, in order to complete the 100 waves for the next trophy.
The boss in the Trial by Fire (completing 25 waves) is possible, but the Death Grip must first be found in the Forge Lands (Foundry).
