Instruction
Re-sign and load up the save. You'll be at the boat since the game doesn't save position. Go to the map travel behind the boat. Teleport to the Military base.
Now use this video:

and go to 2:19 so you can put a marker on the map (it's on the right next to the seller when you go out of the base). Enter the Dead Zone and find the boss (right in front of you ^^). Hold O to activate fury and murder Geoffrey "Walking Carcass" Nape to claim your gold trophy

The level 50 pops as soon as you gain any xp.
