Never found a save of these easily missable trophies for Dead Island RIPTIDE so on my road to this platinum I made these on NG+. I recommend only using it after you have the LVL 50 trophy since this is a LVL 70 save. Other than that I think its a safe set to use. Remember to backup your save and to import the save and the profile data. Enjoy!

Twins
Kill the Twins
Kill 1 Twin at the beach close to where you spawn
2nd Twin spawns out of the workshop after you climb the workshop outdoor and grab some items
The Hurt Mine Locker
Kill 10 monsters with one mine
Plenty of zombies to accumulate dead bodies and blow them up with you. Look up some guides when in doubt.

Save 02
Serving Science
Finish quests for Dr. Kessler
Fast travel to Research Laboratory and talk to Kessler
First Do No Harm
Finish hospital quests for Cecil
Fast Travel to Makeshift Hospital and talk to Cecil
