I've killed 98 Treasure Goblins so all you have to is kill 2 more and you will get the trophy. To make things easier for you guys you will have a Puzzle Ring in the inventory of your character then go to the Kanai Cube and the first option will be "???" select it and it'll open a portal to The Vault. The Vault will have 2 or more Treasure Goblins for you to kill.
