This savegame will also work on the latest patch, after the completion rate glitch fix.

Just select 'Side stories' on the desktop and scroll down to the bottom to select 'Test VM'.

When i load up your save on my dummy account with zero trophies, it gave me 11/19 trophies which is 71%/100%. 100% trophy pops just as you say in your description. When you go to music and click on one song you'll get another trophy.
