This is a requested NGU repost, as part of my project to preserve saves. Credits to IxChocolateMan & Aankh from NGU.
Base Game Save
Load the save and hit R2. After the cutscene, the nightmare difficulty and speedrun trophies will pop.
The trophy for killing the final boss will also pop in case you still don't have it.
Resurrection of Evil and The Lost Mission DLCs Save
Both saves are at the end of the DLCs. Same as the base game save:
load them, hit R2 and wait for the trophies appear after the cutscene.

These saves were tested by the NGU community as Patch 1.03 in March 2020 (PS4 System Firmware 7.02)
