Kill the 2 possessed demons and Spirits.
On the save, I didn't have any BFG ammo so you have to survive without it.
US [CUSA13338] : DOOM Eternal: The Ancient Gods 2 - Final Boss save.
This save is on the Final Phase of the boss. The boss isn't hard, just a bit of a wait due to his slow attacks.
Do note that you can use the hammer charge on the summoned dogs. They'll instantly recharge the hammer so your use isn't wasted.
