I am looking for a complete save set for the EU version of The Witcher 3 but version CUSA01439. Can anyone help?

"Because I tried to re-region other saves but they dont work with the complete edition CUSA01439"

None of the ones I have tried have worked for me, they don't load where the guide says they would.

I used this set as a template and re regioned it into my saves.

The death march final mission. trophy spawns you at the beginning of the mission but on the lowest difficulty and the trophy doesn't pop - anyone have a fix?
