Starts off right after the tutorial. I had to play a little to be able to max XP. Kill the group of enemies in front of you when you load into the save. It will max your XP out and give you all the skill points as well.

Save Wizard will not resign or re-region modified saves. You can use the Save Bots in GAMER’S PARADISE or PS SAVE BOTS to resign & re-region saves. I release all my mods and updates through GAMER’S PARADISE first. You can find more of my saves here.

To be honest I don’t remember. I usually make mods on the hardest difficulty if there’s trophies/achievements for them. If not then I don’t. But it’s been so long so I’m not sure.

okok.if you make mods on hardest difficulty,then there is a chance your save will work for evil difficulty.I will check it later
