Save right before the poker game. Simply collect 1 more of each collectable for their related trophies. All other cumulative trophies are still obtainable by performing one more action toward them. These include: Money to Burn, Needle Exchange, Heartless Pyro, Rock Always Wins, Island Paparazzi, and Poker Bully. The same applies to the miscellaneous ones. Multiples trophies may pop at once if you're not at least 30% toward the platinum, beware of ilegit time stamps!
- Activate the last Radio Tower for Full Bars.
- Learn the only skill left for Fully Inked. The trophy Inked Up will also pop in case you still don't have it.
- Liberate the last outpost (Longshore View X:378.8, Y:328.6) and get the memory card inside (17 - Mushrooms Formula) for Island Liberator and Memory to Spare. The trophies Jungle Journal and Rebel With a Cause will also pop in case you still don't have them. You can also obtain Unheard by not triggering the alarm.
- 19 of 20 Letters for Dead Letters. The last one is just south to the Longshore View Outpost (X:378.8, Y:328.6).
- Collect 1 more Relic for Archeology 101.
