You can upload it to the cloud using mediafire, mega, google drive, onedrive, dropbox etc and generate a download link.
Or you can attach the save itself here on P2' storage (through the paper clip icon next to the smiles), but I haven't seen anyone doing this in the past 2 years.
I use mediafire myself, like most of people here, it's much more efficient and totally free.
