Here is my save for Fuelded Up. I tested the save with a dummy profile and the platinum popped, but not directly.
What you need to do is to start a co-op game with the profile you want to get the platinum for being the second player. The first player should have a clear save so you can start a new game with it, while joining with the second player who has this save file resigned to. After starting the intro level, the platinum should pop within a few minutes of playing the game for the second player.
