The skin on this forum sucks. Looks like it was designed 20 years ago. You guys should implement something more material designed. Open space, bigger fonts, more padding, etc. Improving readability would greatly improve this forum.

The current theme is the best we can do with the currently provided software we have. The design will change once we roll out v3 which will be completely custom. Until then, we can't do much with this design.

If you'd cared to have read the v3 announcement, you'd know a new skin is already coming.

No - vBulletin is too limited in terms of what it offers as a core package. The discussion of other softwares did come up, but they either have an awkward development flow or are restrictive in what they offer in terms of future development, so we've spent some time building our own platform base from the ground up.
