This is the US platinum version, on the test account a trophy was not automatically unlocked, in this case it is Ready for Commitment, so you just need to go to a forge and exchange it for a set of armor that is not yet at the maximum level, do the necessary upgrades and the trophy will pop.

Worked fine on the ps5 version,
(Platinum)
but unfortunately seems like one of the last patch stopped/bugged the "ps4 version" to not to insta pop trophies via plat saves anymore.

Tried this & several other eu re-regioned plat saves,
nothing seems to be working on the Ps4 version of the game.
