Just Load the 3rd save named 175 tur and finish the game the trophy will drop.

Thank you. I got the trophy how i learned to fly. Load the 3rd save file and you will be in the candy shop. Just enter book store (click on the door on the left side of the candies) and click on the dummy. Finish the dialogue and trophy pops.
