Here is my starter save which you will continue the story as Trevor immediately after completing the mission Mr. Philips. I originally intended to make one starter save for the PS4 version beginning right after Franklin & Lamar, but I decided to make a secondary starter save right after Trevor is unlocked. Before I get into detail about the contents of this save, I must advise you of a strategy you should use if you want to have both the Franklin & Lamar 21.7% save and the Mr. Philips save file uploaded to the PS5 version. The Strategy: For the people who want both Franklin & Lamar save and Mr. Philips save on the PS5 version, you must first download the Franklin & Lamar save, resign it to your account ID, copy it to your PS4 or PS5, go into the game's pause menu and click on the upload save game option which will convert the save to PS5. After uploading save to PS5, you must buy the PS5 version of the game if you don't already have it, open up the game and load the save you uploaded, now just simply save in another slot or upload it to the cloud if you have PS Plus. Now for the Mr. Philips save, go back to the PS4 version and load up the 35.5% file and click upload to PS5, boom! You have both saves on the PS5 version.
Content: All three characters will have special outfit components which can be selected from the interaction menu in the inventory section. A few outfits will be unlocked for Franklin, Michael and Trevor. Franklin's bandana will be unlocked and he will also have a rare scuba gear component, Michael will have the helmet with black visor from the jewel store robbery and a Bugstars hat, he will also have head gear from Paleto score outfit. Trevor's black beanie is unlocked which is extremely rare because I believe you can only wear it during "Scouting the Port" mission, the beanie is labeled as black hat and you could select it in the wardrobe too instead of just the interaction menu. Many of the cars on the Franklin & Lamar save will have undergone major upgrades by the time you have loaded up the Mr. Philips save, you will also have a bigger variety of cars in all three characters' garages. Franklin will have an orange Vacca (Lamborghini) and a white Super Diamond (Rolls-Royce) in his aunt's garage. Michael will have a Z-Type and Entity XF at his house as well as a JB700 in his other garage. Trevor loads in with a Cheetah and he has a police Buffalo in his trailer, he'll have a full garage of rare cars when he gets to Los Santos too. Lastly all character main cars including Amanda's and Tracey's will be modded and Yankton plates, Benny's and F1 wheels. Keep in mind that Michael's Tailgater mods are unfortunately temporary as Jimmy will later steal the car and change it.
Completion: Everything left to complete after loading up the Mr. Philips save is Shift Work mission/race (the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th races are completed already but still need to be replayed)

Triathlons 1, 2 and 3
All 6 Offroad races
All 12 Flight School lessons
1 More parachute jump (Damned if you don't) once it's unlocked after meeting Dom
All 4 Sea races
Play darts with friends (Michael or Franklin)
Collect the last Letter Scrap marked as point of interest on the map near Franklin's house in mall parking lot dumpster.
The last spaceship part is marked on map as point of interest in Sandy Shores but DO NOT collect it yet, wait until you've unlocked and completed the mission where you talk to Omega, then sign out of your account and collect it, then wait for his text and go see him. Sign back in after unlocking the trophy. If his mission doesn't pop after you've made it to that point in the game, then try collecting it beforehand, but sign out first. Lastly, submarine parts and nuclear wastes are both 29/30. Just jump in a sub and a Dinghy after you've unlocked that property later in the game, then go ahead and collect sub part and waste with the phone app or sonar (stay signed out for this too). There will be 13/16 Miscellaneous on Mr. Philips save instead of 11 like the Franklin & Lamar save file.
