After I specially modified my own starter save for GTA 3 last month, I decided it was time to move on to Vice City. I mentioned in my previous upload that the save file for VC was already made months ago but I've decided to finally release it. Before I get into the details of the save, I must warn you that unfortunately its not the original black label version of the game. When Rockstar re-released the PS2 version of Vice City on PS4, they used the red label version (Greatest Hits). Many people know the GH version as v3.00 or "Haitian Friendly". So that means no Lionel Richie or Michael Jackson unfortunately. I do have the black label version on PS2 physically and I wish Rockstar had the balls to handle any licensing issues and then release it but we already know that's not gonna happen 
So let's get down to business. You will begin the game at Hyman Condo with the highest amount of money I could possibly add to Tommy's bank after hacking the save with PCSX2 emulator. Tommy will be wearing the red tracksuit and this will help you to easily identify the save file instead of him wearing his Hawaiian shirt just in case you save in multiple slots you don't want to get the files mixed up.
Weapons: You will have most of the best weapons in the game including the MP5 which is unobtainable until you complete the mission "Rub Out" and it has infinite ammo. All hidden packages have been collected so you can use those weapons as many times as you like.
Percentage: The game is 44% complete and you only really need to do those last three stunt jumps during "G-spotlight" mission and also assassinations. You just need to do the main story missions and you can replay for fun by saving in a second slot and then reloading the starter after each playthrough. You can earn just about every single trophy with this save but I am unsure whether or not you can get "Take the Cannoli" with this. I got platinum years ago so I don't know the exact trophies that unlock but feel free to comment whatever trophy you got.
Cars: Unfortunately for Vice City, I could not hack the save to get bulletproof or explosion proof cars so you must be careful driving. There were no options available for PCSX2 in order for me to do that. Tommy will have most of the best cars in the game like the Cheetah and the Comet, still more to collect though.
That's pretty much it! I've left pictures of the game being used on my jailbroken PS3 and also multiple shots from the PS5. I put a videoclip in there too so you can watch if you're out of the house. Enjoy!!!
