HELP Decrypting my late best friend's Elden Ring save (PS4 to PC)

Hi everyone. I'm trying to recover the Elden Ring character that belonged to my best friend, who passed away. It's the only thing I have left of him. I've tried Discord bots but they keep giving me 27MB encrypted files instead of the 9MB decrypted file I need for the PC Save Copier.
Could someone with Save Wizard please help me decrypt this? It would mean the world to me.

I’ve ported all the characters to the save files for both PC and PS. You can patch the PC save file for your Steam ID using PC Save Copier if you want. As for the PS version, just send me your save and I’ll inject your friend's saves into your account.
