Hi all. so this will teach you how to mod Dark Souls the way you feel like it.
PLEASE don't use the mod save online. use at your own risk
Start by downloading this software:

Dark Souls Save Editor DSSE_3.0.7.0.zip
Xbox 360 Save File DRAKS0005
Step1. Extract the Dark Souls Mega Mule save file corresponding with your version of the game to your Desktop.
Step2. Open Bruteforce Save Data and have it target the folder containing your Dark Souls Mega Mule save files.
Step3. Select Decrypt PFD and then choose Decrypt All Files.
Step4. Go into the Mega Mule folder and move the file called 1USER.DAT to your Desktop.
Step5. Open Modio and then choose Browse. Find your 360 save and open it.
Step6. Click Advanced and then Edit Package Contents.
Step7. Go back to your Desktop and find 1USER.DAT and rename it to USER_DATA01.
Step8. Drag & drop it into the Modio window containing the 360 save file contents. Overwrite and replace the existing file.
Step9. Click Done and Save Changes.

Step10. Click on Dark Souls Remake.exe and open your 360 save file (USER_DATA01).
Step11. Choose USER_DATA01. The character’s name should be o Bandit.
Stept12. Edit what you want but dont Enable All Warp Bondfires, Unlock All Gestures and Killed Bosses because those are already in the save file.
Step13. When done click Save All and close the program.

LAST Part:
Step14. Open the 360 save file again using Modio (USER_DATA01).
Step15. Click Advanced and then Edit Package Contents again.
Step16. Right click on USER_DATA01 and click Save As and save it to your Desktop.
Step17. Rename that file back to 1USER.DAT and put it back into your Mega Mule save folder.
Step18. Go back to Bruteforce Save Data and click on Update PFD and then choose Update PFD (Partial).
Step19. In Bruteforce Encrypt the save and resign. Enjoy

Xbox 360 Save File DRAKS0005
Step1. Extract the Dark Souls Mega Mule save file corresponding with your version of the game to your Desktop.
