There are 2 save files within the folder. Please read below for instructions.
Fast for a biped? trophy:
This save will be labeled "Hard 4 Star" when you go to load load it. You will have just under 30 minutes to finish. If you go over 4 hours you will need to reload and try again. You will need create a couple of more amenities and release a few more dinos. It should not be too hard as long as you're releasing high rated dinos. I was able to get it with a couple of minutes remaining.
Jurassic Measures and You'll never look at birds the same way! trophies: This save file will be labeled "4 star Pena" or something similar. Once you load that save, simply release the Indoraptor and both trophies should pop right away.
On a side note, you will also unlock The essence of chaos trophy if this is your first time completing challenge mode.
