I'm not 100% sure if any of the trophies will auto-pop. i don't think this save negates u from obtaining any of the achievements. If u find any trophy difficult to get because of this save then I would have to guess it would be the "Out of Your League" trophy which requires you to defeat an enemy that is 4 levels higher than you and since this save has max xp, u will reach the level cap before ever encountering an enemy that is 4 levels higher than your current level.
