Hello, these are separate saves for three trophies related to difficulty and missions completion. Replay 1st mission on easy and they should pop on score screen.

BEWARE THOUGH, I unlocked kills-related trophies on all three of my saves, so if you don't want them to pop within seconds of each other, you'll have to farm them yourself on your own save.
