I realise there is currently a 100% save for Letter Quest already but I thought I'd add mine here if it goes down or if that save doesn't work for you.
This save is at 2999 words, so only 1 required for trophy. Other trophies may be possible but unsure if they'll pop. If anyone has any luck let me know so I can edit this post with the information.
