This is a save for the "Exporter" Trophy in Mafia 2 Definitive Edition EU. Just press continue you will start at the beginning of chapter 9. There are 4 Lassiter Series 75 Hollywood in the garage. Take all 4 of them to Derek and the Trophy is yours. I've tested it on an dummy account, and the save works perfectly fine.
