As the title states, this is my save for Mafia 3 Family Trophy. To use this save all you need to do is disconnect your PS4 or PS5 from the internet and delete Mafia 3 save data on console. Please make sure to back it up before deleting. After resigning to your profile simply play the game offline. Everything is set up, all you need to do is play all 15 side missions in one sitting preferably. you can put the PS4/PS5 on rest mode but DO NOT close the application as it resets the counter. Also if for some reason the game crashes you need to start from the beginning by copying again and completing all 15 side missions. Just do this and the trophy should pop. Also i do not know if the pattern matters but i did Burke first, Cassandra second, and Vito third to get it to pop. Have fun and please share with those in need of this save but please credit me as this is my first save on P2. Thanks and Enjoy!

i really dont have any idea what happened wrong bcz i did it on my friends ps4 as well but it popped for him. please make sure that you copy all saves and delete your complete save folder from the console as well. let me know if it works then

No i didnt need to kill sal for this i dont understand why this is happening bcz it worked perfectly for 3 of my friends now and they said it popped right as they complete vitos missions.
just to be on the safe side try reinstalling the game and then copy the save and try maybe that would help it bcz this game is glitchy as hell and sometime you might need to reinstall it to work properly. lemme know if this works out and if not ill have someone else check it out.

Hmm... weird cause I got mine using my PS5. I followed everything deleted everything, played offline, did Burke 1st, then Cassandra and Vito last all their side missions I got the trophy the first time I used this save.

Exactly because my friends are all on ps5 as well and when they did it, it popped for them as well. i also got mine on ps5 and its really bugging me that Eyermarcus cant unlock it. Also just another question Eyermarcus are you using the cd version or digital version?

Having the same problem...finished the game 8 times and tried all sorts of stuff, no achievement. I want to try your save but before I do that I just want to confirm if this works for the digital version (the one I'm playing) or just the cd. Thank you
