With this save you will get the following trophies:

Just continue the game, exit the cave and kill some people. The last hunter will come after you and by killing him you will get the 2 mentioned trophies.
Warning: This save is at max level and with everything else in the game done, I don't know if this will result in trophies pop out of order. I recommend that you only use the save when you are missing only these 2 trophies for the platinum.
