Thre is an 99.6% VR missions save on here for MGS1, but it's for the US version. Since save wizard doesn't support this yet it's not possible to change the region.
I've noticed some users being able to change the region on some games regardless, without save wizard support.
If anyone is able to achieve this it would be a massive help for players like me struggling with this trophy.
It is Xmas coming up after all. (wink, wink)
