Just made this save in Willow Tree. It's the Hunter, Mordecai. He's max level (69). It has a mix of one shot guns, hybrid modded guns, and regular pearlescents and legendaries and an invincible shield. Also has a couple of class mods. It's at the very first mission with max skill points and max money. I didn't max proficiency but it can easily be done with Save Wizard.
