why can't you just delete this post the save clearly does not work. Always something with save wizard saves you would think it would be no problem to find a modded starter save for a 20 year old ass game but nope.

why dont you download the EU version and convert it to whatever version you need... or mod the shit yourself.

CUSA36843 fully working, I'd just advice to mod money to 999,999 since your value only gets read as 2,147.00 by the game; dunno if there is a way to make the 100% outfit and the us marshall outfit available in the save too
